My Mommy Moments!
This photo was taken a year ago in mid in summer after we watched the movie Hana Yori Dango The Final...

It's Friday!A time for Mommy Moments! And this weeks theme is quite di'ffrent compare to our previous posts in here. For in here we can post any moment we have with our kids that we haven't posted before so here we go...
This was taken 7 years ago...

It is part of our modern mythology that having kids contributes new love & purpose to a marriage.Motherhood is the not so easy road especially when you're a dual career mom like me.I have developing careers & kids who deserve a lot of care & attention & I could never keep doing this if I didn't have faith and hope.
@ our very own leisure boat w/ my youngest...

After our first offspring came,I suppose I could have quit my job,w/c would either end or seriously interrupt my career. But I chose to moonlight as a career woman or if you like, moonlight as a mother .I don't know w/c.In any case,I saw a strong reasons for not quiting the job, aside from the fact that we really need the income.I'd worked hard & reached a responsible position.
Wonderful as children are, they bring w/ us the complications that change every equation in a marriage & they brought us a new sense of time, either it's tedium or it's sweetness...
And one secret of being a succesful parent is developing an ability to recover contact w/ oneself as a child to regress playfully for a time...& 'though I am a dual career mom,I see to them that I have plenty of time playing w/ them together during my day off & weekdays, reading books together, shopping, karaoke & etcetera & etcetera. The great opportunities of parenthood is the chance to experience childhood & youth again, not simply vicariously but as a participant.

So what’s has been a big surprise to me is not that raising children is easy but how much you can love someone and how much joy parenting can bring as a result. I have great kids, I enjoy their company immensely, watching them grow is amazing! I’m stunned at how much I enjoy being a parent.
